Class Types

  • Strength based functional Pilates class, designed by physiotherapist for core strength and pelvic stability. Expect to work hard and feel great in this full body workout.

  • 45 min class designed with quick transitions to get your heart rate up in this energetic full body workout.

  • Pilates class for the tradies, specifically working on strength and stability required for physical jobs. Incorporating mobility and flexibility, great for lower back pain and any other aches and pains.

Pricing

  • $25 per class

    Pay-as-you-go, no commitment.

    Valid for 6 weeks

  • Term based pricing

    1 class/week – $120 (just $20 per class)

    2 classes/week – $210 (only $17.50 per class)

  • 6-Class Concession – $135 (valid for 12 weeks – $22.50 per class)

    Ideal if your schedule changes week to week
